/Solves For

  • Our solution provides client-specific monthly time-weighted-return reporting for individual policies both before and after insurance fees. Our platform allows us to report on individual fund holdings and indexed segment accounts within policies as well as portfolio-level performance for clients with multiple insurance policies.

  • Provide clients a view into accrued open segment crediting as of recent market index levels and average annualized crediting for both matured and open segments. This is particularly helpful for clients in early years of their policies with deferred recognition of multi-year indexed account or dollar-cost-averaging crediting.

  • Show total premiums paid, cost of insurance, mortality and expense, admin costs, withdrawals, loans, and earnings on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or since-inception basis. Compare current cash values and premiums paid vs original plan design to help clients see they are on-track at a glance on a monthly basis.

  • Demonstrate collateral coverage for clients and private banking partners based on outstanding premium financing loans and allowable collateral.

A Message from Storefront’s Founder

Matthew White, CFA

Founder/CEO @ Storefront

Storefront builds digital tools and experiences that help financial advisors win with their clients. Our goal is to make finance 1) more accessible to society, 2) more profitable for advice providers, and 3) generally more understandable to the average person.

We are currently living in the largest wealth transfer in history. Over the next 10 years, $30 trillion of US wealth will shift from the Baby Boomers to GenX and Millennials. Financial advisors will need new tools and methods to serve this next generation of wealth owners.

I hope the solutions we build help you, the advisor, win in this new world. I also hope that one day someone you care about has an interaction with the financial industry that is more understandable, intuitive, and inviting than they expected.

The firm providing the advice would be just like yours, but the experience they might engage with could be a white-labeled service/outcome/tool . . . sort of like a digital Storefront.

Try Storefront

We’d love to help you think through your challenges. We invite you to spend time with a member of our leadership team to see how Storefront can help make your advice more competitive with prospects and more understandable with clients.

Storefront’s DNA of Mission, Strategy, and Culture

01

/Mission (what we do)

Make life better for a lot of people by making financial services more accessible to society, more profitable to financial providers, and more understandable to the average person.

02

/Strategy (how we do it)

  1. Detect niche problems within our industry that create friction between advisors and clients.

  2. Rank potential solutions by feasibility and demand.

  3. Collaborate with advisors to build a solution framework around high-impact ideas.

  4. Scale solutions that prove to solve advisor problems and make the industry more accessible.

  5. Repeat to iterate on new solutions based on our institutional knowledge and relationships.

03

/Culture (who we are)

  • How we relate to others is more important than short-term results. Basic decency and manners is a hallmark of how we treat each other, our clients, and our strategic partners.

  • We are honest; first with ourselves, and secondly with others. We follow through on our commitments to clients and tell our teammates the truth. We are honest in disagreement and speak directly to improve each other and the team at large.

  • We have peace with our families, our teammates, our industry, and our communities. While there are times when rapid growth will temporary cause misalignment with other parts of our lives, we are building a firm that supports families, relationships, and a fulfilling life of each team member.

  • The Team is the critical vehicle to our joint success. We win or fail together and our best chance to change our industry and our family legacies is by putting the team first. We operate together, for each other. Individuals put the team first, and when the individual needs help - the team is there for them.

  • You are the one to solve the problem you notice. You are the one to help the teammate next to you. You are the one to bridge the gap for a client. You are the one to bring success and stability to your family.
